While there are many valuable models for improving organizational culture and improving employee engagement, Evolushen’s work focuses on creating customized solutions based on current research by many consultants and academicians in neuroscience, behavior change, conversational intelligence and other expertise, to create new behaviors, common language and problem solving techniques, through personalized training and development, and coaching programs.

Our programs enable companies to address common, yet complex issues, such as increased profitability, workforce effectiveness, employee turnover, and chronic skills gaps and use “culture hacking” to shift their focus to fixing the core issues within the culture that keeps employees focused on dead-end solutions.

Culture hacking, as defined by the Gartner (2018), is “the art of involving people and education in smart effective ways to rapidly ‘recode’ and advance culture, altering the behaviors of everyday individuals in the process to make them adopt smarter practices that elevate their lives.” Culture hacking is effective because emotional change is the lever to enact behavioral change, which is the foundation for cultural change.
